Private Parties
Birthdays, reunions, showers, anniversaries, and everything in between. Our Garden Barn, covered pavilion, and open grounds adapt to your group, whether it's small and casual or a full-day celebration.
Private Retreats
A natural setting for wellness practitioners, coaches, and group leaders. Host your own retreat with gathering space, trails, on-site lodging, and optional catering.
Private Workshops
Any of our hands-on workshops can be booked privately for groups of 10 or more. They're a creative option for celebrations, team building, and group outings.

Accessibility
We will happily accommodate wheelchair users and guests who require additional assistance navigating our rural venue. Please let us know how we can provide the proper accommmodations needed.
Outside Vendors
We understand you may prefer to use third-party caterers or vendors that are not PeaceTree Farms. We want you to have the service you want and need, and request that you put us in contact with any third-party vendors so we can provide the appropriate set-up.
Deposits & Payments
Private events (not including weddings and Simple Ceremonies) start at $500 for the first two hours, plus $100 for each additional hour. Pricing covers up to 100 guests, with each additional 10 guests adding $150.
Venue Capacity
PeaceTree Farms' Garden Barn and covered pavilion has a maximum capacity of 200 seated guests. Open tent-style events can accommodate up to 350 guests. Guest lists over 100 people, including children, are priced in increments of 10 for an additional $150.
