When you plan your wedding at PeaceTree Farms, you aren't just booking our Garden Barn or the perfect outdoor backdrop for your celebration. You are also booking our in-house team of creatives who will work with you from day one to understand the details that make a difference. With over six ceremony sites to choose from and packages at every price, your wedding at PeaceTree Farms will be tailor-made for you in every way.

Wedding Packages

Each package (not including The Simple Ceremony) is priced based on a guest list of 100. See Additional Information for larger guest list accommodations.

The Simple
Ceremony

Starting at $400

A lovely "mini matrimony" service for a smaller celebration.

Mini Matrimony Services

  • Two-hour timeframe for the service (including guest arrival, marriage ceremony, decor set-up/break-down, and party departures)

  • Undecorated wagon ride to your choice of ceremony site for the bride, groom, and guests

    • Available ceremony sites to choose from will be confirmed within 30 days of your event​

  • Undecorated rustic arbor provided

  • No more than a total of 24 persons including the bride, groom, and children

  • Decor items are not included

  • Ministry service is not included but is available under additional services

Classic
Charm

Starting at $4,750

A traditional package that includes all of the necessities for a beautiful country experience.

Venue and date reservation

  • 6 hours reserved for your entire event: set up, ceremony, photography, and reception (PeaceTree Farms will clean up at the end of your time frame)

Ceremony and reception sites

  • Choose from over six beautiful locations throughout PeaceTree Farms

Seating for guests

  • Placed to meet the unique needs of your guests and site location

  • Haybale seating (pending availability) or rustic benches at the ceremony site 

  • Rustic picnic table seating at the reception site

Covered banquet pavilion

  • Indoor seating comfortable for up to 110 guests with an adjacent covered pavilion accommodating an additional 100 guests

Reception set up

  • 2 buffet tables, 1 cake table, and 1 gift table are available for you to decorate as desired

Bridal party ready-rooms

  • A country-chic space provided for the bride and groom's parties to prepare for the ceremony

Bridal wagon

  • Elegant bridal hayrides decorated in white to transport the wedding party and guests to ceremony and reception sites

Rehearsal

  • 2-hour rehearsal to be scheduled the week of your special day (catering available for rehearsal at additional cost)

Country
Luxe

Starting at $8,550

Make the most of your day and our venue with our top-tier package that offers distinguishing upgrades, refined personalization, and extended access.

Everything included in the Classic Charm package plus:​

  • Fully customized decor:

    • Consultation for your decor vision

    • Ceremony site decor around the arbor and seating

    • Bridal wagon decor

    • Reception accents (decor for all tables including head table, gift table, etc.)

  • Decor set-up and break-down

  • Extended venue access from 9 am to 11 pm

  • White chair covers for reception seating with matching decor

  • Upgrades from rustic picnic tables to round white tables with linens and white chair seating at the reception site

  • Additional venue decor (such as themed greenery or decor cascading from rafters, posts, entryways, entry gate, and other venue structures)

  • Customized photo scene complete with greenery or floral hedge matching your decor theme

  • Refreshment bar with seasonal hors d'oeuvres provided by PeaceTree Catering in bridal party ready-rooms

Wedding
Rehearsal

Included in package prices

A two-hour rehearsal pre-scheduled for the week of your wedding day

Rehearsal terms

  • This two-hour period is designated for the arrival, rehearsal, and departure of the wedding party

  • Please note a rehearsal is only provided for the Classic Charm and Country Luxe packages

If you would like to extend your rehearsal into a full event, we are able to accommodate the following:

  • Extended venue access at $200 per hour going over the original two-hour time allotted for the actual rehearsal

  • PeaceTree catering services are available at an additional cost. See catering menu for details

  • You are welcome to provide your own catering

  • The cost of extending your rehearsal will be added onto your event total to be paid in full 30 days prior to your event

Customizations

The additional services listed above are available to add with any package level. You are not required to use this full list of additional services. Please let us know if you plan to coordinate your own outside vendors for any or all services listed.

 

Looking for something that isn't up there? We would love to work with you to ensure all of your special requests and details are present for your event day!

 

Examples of special requests we can accommodate:

  • Doves, butterflies, or other live features at the ceremony site

  • Hot air balloon opportunities

  • Horses, horse-drawn carriage, or special transportation other than our bridal wagon

  • Fireworks, sparklers, or other light/glow features

  • If you dream it, we can make it happen

Important Information

Larger guest list accommodations

  • Additional seating and arrangements will be made for larger guest lists over 100 in increments of 10 persons at $150.

  • Does not include additional catering costs

Wheelchair accessibility

  • We are happy to provide any needed accommodations for you and your guests in our rural environment

  • Please advise us as soon as possible so we can be of the most help.​

All service ends no later than 11 pm, and the venue closes at midnight.

​

Deposits and Payments

  • $1,500 deposit (non-refundable) reserves your date and is applied to the cost of your special event (payments for The Simple Ceremony are paid in full, upfront)

    • Remaining balance is to be paid no later than 30 days prior to your event.

  • Payment for additional/last-minute service add-ons made within 30 days after your final payment will be settled on the day of your event

    • There needs to be a designated person on the day of your event responsible for taking care of these additional costs​

  • Full wedding contracts are available to view at the time of tour

Damages and incidentals (D&I)

  • A $500 D&I deposit is required for all weddings

  • Any D&I costs will be determined within 30 days after your event

  • If any clients or guests use confetti poppers, there is an automatic $100 taken out of the D&I deposit

  • We understand we are a rural venue, however, if any clients or guests are seen exposed in any area other than the appropriate and provided facilities, there will be a $100 fee per incident cited

    • This includes but is not limited to, people seen relieving themselves and any inappropriate nudity​
