Country Luxe

Our full-service package, with custom decor, upgraded seating, and extended access to the farm
Everything in Classic Charm, plus:

Classic Charm
Starting at $4,750
Everything you need for a beautiful country wedding

Six hours for setup, ceremony, photos, and reception, with cleanup handled by us

Your choice of ceremony and reception sites across the farm

Hay bale or rustic bench seating for the ceremony, and picnic tables for the reception

The Garden Barn, seating up to 110, plus an adjacent covered pavilion for 100 more

Two buffet tables, a cake table, and a gift table, ready for you to decorate

The Simple Ceremony
Starting at $500
A small, meaningful ceremony for up to 24 people
Includes:

A two-hour window for arrival, ceremony, setup, and departure (inclusive of guest arrival, marriage ceremony, decor set-up/break-down, and party departures)

A wagon ride to your choice of ceremony site (confirmed within 30 days of your date)

A rustic arbor, ready for your own decor

Decor and officiant not included (officiant available as an add-on)

Rehearsal
Included in Country Luxe and Classic Charm Packages
A two-hour rehearsal pre-scheduled for the week of your wedding day
Want to turn it into a rehearsal dinner?

Extended venue access at $200 per hour going over the original two-hour time allotted for the actual rehearsal

PeaceTree catering services are available at an additional cost

You are welcome to provide your own catering

The cost of extending your rehearsal will be added to your event total to be paid in full 30 days prior to your event

Additional Services
Officiant
Katie Niedner-Besaw, co-owner and ordained minister, can lead a personal ceremony written with you. $300, including a consultation.
Bar Service
Our bartenders serve alcohol you provide, or you can bring in a licensed bar service. For everyone's safety, self-serve bars aren't permitted.
Catering
Build your menu from our catering list. Buffet attendants are included for two hours during the reception, and pricing is based on guest count and menu.
Ceremony Sites
What makes getting married at PeaceTree Farms so special is your choice of ceremony sites across 180+ acres of Missouri's most beautiful natural backdrops.
Venue Information
Accessibility
We will happily accommodate wheelchair users and guests who require additional assistance navigating our rural venue. Please let us know how we can provide the proper accommmodations needed.
Outside Vendors
We understand you may prefer to use third-party caterers or vendors that are not PeaceTree Farms. We want you to have the service you want and need, and request that you put us in contact with any third-party vendors so we can provide the appropriate set-up.
Deposits & Payments
A $1,500 non-refundable deposit reserves your date and is applied to the cost of your event. Payments for The Simple Ceremony are paid in full upfront. Full wedding contracts are availabel at time of tour.
Venue Capacity
PeaceTree Farms' Garden Barn and covered pavilion has a maximum capacity of 200 seated guests. Open tent-style weddings can accommodate up to 350 guests. Guest lists over 100 people, including children, are priced in increments of 10 for an additional $150.
