You are consulting our in-house team of creatives who will work with you from day one to understand the details that make a difference. Country Luxe
Starting at $8,550

A traditional package that includes all of the necessities for a beautiful country experience.

A lovely "mini matrimony" elopement service for a smaller celebration.
Mini Matrimony Services

Two-hour timeframe for the service (including guest arrival, marriage ceremony, decor set-up/break-down, and party departures)

Undecorated wagon ride to your choice of ceremony site for the bride, groom, and guests

Available ceremony sites to choose from will be confirmed within 30 days of your event

Wedding Rehearsal
Included in Country Luxe and Classic Charm Packages
A two-hour rehearsal pre-scheduled for the week of your wedding day.
Rehearsal terms

These two hours are designated for the arrival, rehearsal, and departure of the wedding party

Please note that a rehearsal is only provided for the Classic Charm and Country Luxe packages
If you would like to extend your rehearsal into a full event, we can accommodate the following:

Extended venue access at $200 per hour going over the original two-hour time allotted for the actual rehearsal

PeaceTree catering services are available at an additional cost

You are welcome to provide your own catering

The cost of extending your rehearsal will be added to your event total to be paid in full 30 days prior to your event

Additional Services
Ministry Service
A thoughtful and personalized consulation and ministry service is provided by the owner and ordained minister, Katie Niedner.
Bar Service
PeaceTree Farms can provide bar attendants for alcohol provided by guests or hire third-part bar service, as self-serve/family serving is not permitted.
Catering
With PeaceTree catering, you aren't locked in to a set menu. Make customized selections, and we will provide the rest, including two buffet attendants.
Ceremony Sites
What makes getting married at PeaceTree Farms so special is your choice of ceremony sites across 180+ acres of Missouri's most beautiful natural backdrops.
Venue Information
Accessibility
We will happily accommodate wheelchair users and guests who require additional assistance navigating our rural venue. Please let us know how we can provide the proper accommmodations needed.
Outside Vendors
We understand you may prefer to use third-party caterers or vendors that are not PeaceTree Farms. We want you to have the service you want and need, and request that you put us in contact with any third-party vendors so we can provide the appropriate set-up.
Deposits & Payments
A $1,500 non-refundable deposit reserves your date and is applied to the cost of your event. Payments for The Simple Ceremony are paid in full upfront. Full wedding contracts are availabel at time of tour.
Venue Capacity
PeaceTree Farms' Garden Barn and covered pavilion has a maximum capacity of 200 seated guests. Open tent-style weddings can accommodate up to 350 guests. Guest lists over 100 people, including children, are priced in increments of 10 for an additional $150.
